Having graduated with a BS in Business, and an AA as a legal secretary, Joselle entered the real estate industry finding her specialty in assisting homebuyers and homeowners with their mortgage loan needs to purchase or refinance.

Joselle holds a CA Real Estate License and is licensed by the National Mortgage Licensing System. With over 20 years industry experience, Joselle feels its imperative to find her clients a well thought-out loan program that will suit their individual goals and personal needs. Being involved in the loan process from start to finish allows Joselle to provide guidance and knowledge to her clients, so as to make for a smooth loan process. Joselle's knowledge includes Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans along with various state and city grant programs.

Joselle is a 30 year resident of El Dorado County, 25 year member of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, a C.A.R.E. fundraiser participant, "Backpacks for Kids" fundraiser/donor, and enjoys playing/referring soccer in the community with her husband of 27 years and their 2 children.
